What kind of arty do i need?
Do they need to be of the same type?

The units cannot be in a stack led by an inactive general.

I *think* it's possible to build depots anywhere and that it's forts that need to be built in cities, but I wouldn't bet any large sums of money on this.

I think this button was left open because you can use it to build in the region of destination when you are to move.
