It corrects the starting weather at Fort Sumter (from mud to fair) and a railway problem in Amherst, VA.
No others bugs reported, but if you have some, particularly on the 2 new special orders, don't hesitate!

If you use relocate and click on the stack you wish to relocate to, the leader does not relocate - instead a leader is split off from the stack you clicked on.
It works OK if you click on the region you wish to relocate to but not a stack.

Also, have you noticed that the game images load faster at startup? This would mean the map is no more loaded at startup but only when you scroll, so the slowdown.

Manassas can be seen as 50% rebel and 50% union while being clearly occupied by my forces. Is it a bug in the tooltip or it's purposedly built like this? If so, what does it mean?

Many people, including myself, have brought up detailed examples of this issue in various posts, and how it especially effects the AI units who move around out of Cities during this, suffering severe losses for no purpose.
I assumed Stonewall ( and others ) were working toward a fix for this ?
