From what I've seen, there are no other possible triggers for Sudden death victory than the difference in VPs among factions. Each factions has a correct NM, and is more or less controlling historical areas ( Ukrainians being a bit better). Siberians have some local green uprising, but localized...
I suspect the 1.02b to have adopted the PON victory system...The screenshot is showing BTW many graphical glitches that possibly reveals the RUS windows isn't adapted to the PON code...
I'm working on a solution but RUS is using a number for RulSuddenVictory command unexplained in the AGE wiki... let's test and in any case the game isn't finished
At worst, I will disable sudden death rules before finding a better solution.
