Ageod's revenue comes, I believe, from selling games. Thinking on the revenue side, the best option would be the one that would attract more buyers. Costs come from development, art, and shipment. Of course, if you cut the shipment you cut the costs. Even less costs would come if (heaven forbids) Ageod goes out of business...

This IS a niche market. To survive, I believe companies have also to adapt to this, not only the buyers. And many of the potential buyers really want either simple boxes or extra "premium" physical content.
