The last installation crash was my fault. When I created the Stuglles folder I did not copu the ACW files into it. Removed entire install and started over. installed game into program files.C:\program files\AGEod's American Civil War. I installed SFV1 into Struggle for a vast future mod folder. Installed SFV2 into C:\program files\AGEod's American Civil War\GameData folder. Installed SFV3 into C:\program files\AGEod's American Civil War\Graphics folder. (Sorry I do not speak french or read it but I figured out to replace all when asked)
Extracted the SFV0 files to C:\program files\AGEod's American Civil War, ran the bat file struggle. my admidstrator account has been deactivated. Did a restart of my computer. Started the game and crash. I have attached the log.
What steps did I go wrong in?

marecone wrote:Great news Clovis. I am playing your mod as Union and taking pics and writing stuff as my plan is to start posting AAR. This AAR will be slightly different as it will look as Grant wrote it. Something like memoairs. Since so far I have played and wrote 8 turns I have a question concerning newest mod. If I download it, will it mess my save file?
Keep up the great work. So far I like it better then original one![]()

Am playing your mod as Union and enjoying it very much. One question; I built an ironclad in Philadelphia but it will not sail south to Hampton Roads. Am I missing something here? Seems I was able to build ironclads on the east coast and then move them to the James Estuary in ver 1.13b.
BTW, like the Ubik avatar. Mr. Dick would be pleased, on one of his better days![]()

cwhomer wrote:I noticed that a combined fleet of ironclads/frigates was having issues moving from Ft. Monroe down the coast. In some cases the fleet would not enter the seas zone outside Chesapeake Bay, in others it was reported as taking 1003 days to arrive.
Apologies that this is not more specific; I was planning on making a list of bugs/issues after a full play through but after both you and AGEOD updated versions, I started over. Unfortunately I cannot get SVF95 and Quickfix 5 to run together as it keeps crashing on start-up. According to the log there appears to be a problem with UIDS.
Clovis wrote:Fixed.
You have to go in the SVF/Gamedata/units foder. look for a file named: 287USARodman Art. (KY). Remove it.
I've uploaded a new version on the first page of the thread with the modification.
gchristie wrote:Clovis,
Playing your mod as the union I can't sail the ironclad USS Patapsco from Baltimore through the Choptank Estuary as it is an ocean zone. So it is stuck in Baltimore or the Chesapeake Head. Am I missing something here, or should I not be ordering ironclads from Maryland?
If I need to send you the saved game, I've not done that before so let me know which files to send.
Think the mod is great overall.
cwhomer wrote:Another issue: Ledger text has disappeared. For example: the headings above politicial options, next turn expenses, the text below rail/river purchases, etc. Also, battle report screens are largely blank.
Clovis wrote:curious. Not reproduces with your save. Have you had this after starting a new Windows session?

In case you couldn't figure it out a) I hadn't and b) that fixed it. Sorry about that.
