This is my first post..... I recently started playing and am thoroughly enjoying myself, but do have some questions:
1. Is there any way to find out what units have been eliminated?
2. How many hits does a naval unit take before it is eliminated and is there any official notice in the AAR? Im playing the 1861 campaign as the CSA and the Merrimack seems to have been sunk as it is no longer in play. However, I was wondering if I just missed the notice on the AAR or is it just implied based on the hits received?
3. Is there any way to determine the supply status of the USA with the fog-of-war turned on? I have cut off 2 Union divisions between the towns of Charlottesville and Lynchburg, west of Richmond. It is now early Feb 1862 and the Union forces have been cut off since approximately Late Nov/Early Dec. The province they are in has been pillaged for 3 turns. Im assuming they will be out of supply and overall weakened once the weather becomes more favorable for the attack. Any way for me to know how bad off they are?
4. How long does unfavorable weather last? I know this sounds like a stupid question, but Im from San Diego where we dont have real climate changes during the year. Im assuming things wont dry out until May, is this accurate?
Im sure there are more questions, but cant think of them atm. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hi and welcome!
1- Not sure what you mean... in battle? There is no list of eliminated units. Just check stacks and see what you miss there. In out of combat situations (like starving) check the log. It will tell you which unit is eliminated.
2- It depends of the unit type. Click on their element icons and open the Unit Detail window. There you will see a line of little men icons. Each one is a"hit". Ironclads have a lot more hits than transports.
When passing forts the hits will be shared among all the elements of the fleet. So in big fleets its difficult to lose a ship as all will receive just a little damage But lonely ships can be sunk pretty easily.
3- Yes. Click on the supply filter and check the little square lights at the base of the enemy stack. The color will give you an idea of their supply situation. From good (green) to bad (red) with yellow and orange in between.

I deppends of the area but on the fornt lien (Virginia/tenesee...) by april/may mud should be mostly gone until October/November.

1. Nope. This is a good idea for the wishlist.
2. There are different types of naval units.
If a ship has been at sea for more than one turn, it will have less than its maximum number of hits. Sometimes (like river ironclads) it varies depending on which side built them. That's why the numbers are all approximate. No official notification. That's already on the wishlist.
3. Above the jumpmap are filter buttons. The second one is supply status. The shortcut key for it is '2'. Look at a stack with this filter on, and check the colored lights along the base. They will be green, yellow, orange, or red. Red is bad.
4. That's usually right. Sometimes it happens it April.

- Armored Frigate ~45
- Steam Frigate ~30
- Frigate Squadron ~30
- Brig Squadron ~15
