1 If I have a port on a river that generates say 10 supply per turn itself it will also receive whatever supply is being pushed overland and by river using the riverine transport pool.
2 If the river is blocked downstream it will only get the 10 it generates + the supplies pushed overland.
3 If the port is blockaded it will only get 50% of the 10 it generates + the supplies pushed overland.
4 If I have a coastal port that generates say 10 supply per turn itself it will also receive a % of whatever supply is being pushed overseas using the naval transport pool.
5 If the coastal port is blockaded it will only get 50% of the 10 it generates and nothing from overseas.
6 Supply coming from overseas accumulates at coastal ports before the surplus is pushed up river and overland. If there were no friendly coastal ports the supply would be lost.

2 yes and no... if the supply can pass overland without the help of the river, then you will get the same amount. You have to consider town X which decides that your harbor can get some supply from it. If there is no riverine transport but the distance is short enough to move overland, then your harbor will receive the same as if the distance need riverine movement AND you have enough river transport. It is on/off here.

4 It will receive supply in a quantity sufficient (provided you have enough naval pool) to have the same ratio of supply/city level in its own stock compared to the stocks/city level of the source.
eg you have 100 supply in a level 10 harbor. NYC is a level 20 harbor with 2900 supply. The ideal ratio is to have 100 supply points per harbor level (100 + 2900) / (10+20). So NYC will send 900 supply to your level 10 harbor.
5. exactly! Innate production suffer from a 50% cut, and nothing external can get into the harbor. Congrats Chris, clever man

6. the reverse, once overland supply equilibrate to the best it can, naval supply comes and equilibrate further if possible (but with its own criteria, which is only harbor level whereas overland supply equilibrate in a more complex way, taking into account depot, structure level and troops in the region).
