There is a ton of moddable things in the games, but no real editor as such. Most everything is set up in the game files, so you'll have to go into those to edit.

The modding forums down at the bottom are the place to go to look for better information on this aspect.

If you want help for modding, you should ask questions in this forum:

http://www.ageod-forum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=132

This is the general modding forum, meaning that even the AACW modders will answer you, and they are very active. For BOA, the forum is more dormant, but both modding are done the same way.

If Aegod put out a Real game editor, capable of placing units on the map, editing oobs, maybe even editing the map for VPs, forts, etc, I would BUY it. Even if I had to buy all the games it supported in order to edit and mod them.

Of course this might put those who have become experts at spreadsheed splitting and AGE syntax understanding out of business. Why would these people want something that is easy to use? :D

I hope you're kidding.

I for one would much prefer GUI. :)

There is no tongue in cheek smiley. Ease of scenario development would speed game development time, I'd think
