Question on American Civil War game

Unfortunately, I may have overlooked something in the tutorial, but can someone point out to me where exactly is the Special Orders panel they mention in the example for picking Johnson to command a new unit. I am probably looking in the wrong place or just can not read the small print.

This is the special orders panel:


You can use the symbols on the very top to switch between the three pages with different commands. The panel is only visible if a unit is selected.

Great screen from Prima to make life easier. Looking at that picture you can see some orders in colums on that panel. Then look across at the top of the panel, you have an Arrow(movement orders) Tent/HQ(create, dismiss Armies/divisions/corps/promotions etc) and finally the Sword(Ambush/destroy depots/create depots/destroy rail etc). if you click on the Tent/Arrow/Sword it will open up more options.
