newbee..need csvsplitter

Hello everyone. Im new here. I want to try and edit some stats in the game, and found the wiki site. They explain that you need to open files with OPEN OFFICE , which i have downloaded. then after editing you need to save file, then open with csvsplitter and convert files.
My problem is that the link to cvssplitter download dosent work at the wiki site. Can anyone tell me where i can get a download from?

the DB now include the splitters also.
