Creating a Depot

I came to the realization that I don't create any depots for my supply lines. I've tried to make them using 2 supply wagons, but no luck yet cause when I go back the next turn for the wagons to create the depot, they've disappeared somehow. I suspect they were "taken into" other units or divisions or something..Strange...

Supply units shouldn't just disappear; you're sure no depot was created, even if you gave it an extra turn?

(I think it takes two turns for a depot to be completed, but not sure)

Yes, it takes 2 turns to build a depot 100%.
