Event Confusion

Hi folks, I just had the Sioux uprising event and was told by the tooltip that
I have to station 3 units in a certain area. The text description of the event says 3 Brigades. Anyone know which is correct? I assume Brigades. What constitutes a Brigade for this purpose, any unit with more than one element or does the unit description have to say Bgd?

Units are units, as long as they are displayed in the units display.
