Chain of Command advice

Wed Dec 12, 2007 11:08 am

Hi,

I got the game on Monday and am really enjoying it. I've read the manual and played through the tutorials but as I begin my march into Austria in the 1805 scenario I have a small problem:

In the Northern Italy area are three stacks. The Army of Italy, another large stack in the same region and a small stack over to the West. The three star general of the Army of Italy has the HQ attached but I cannot add the other stacks as corps. What am I doing wrong? :bonk: If this is a terrible newb error then please forgive me; I'm a terrible newb!

Any help is greatly appreciated

You need to have a two star general to form a corps.

I warned you it would be some newbish mistake. The others are both one star. Many thanks!

And don't worry if you think a question is daft. If you read the forums you will find that almost everyone is constantly finding things out about the game that they were previously unaware of - but the forums are excellent. I think I've had every question I've asked answered by someone
