TurnsFormat.opt

Do the following lines contained in this file have any effect on gameplay?

DaysPerTurn = 30
TurnsPerYear = 12
YearFirstTurn = 1750

I have mine set as follows:

DaysPerTurn = 15
TurnsPerYear = 24
YearFirstTurn = 1750

Only YearFirstTurn is used now.
