Missing State Capitols
I just realized, since I am slow on the uptake, that there are two state capitols that are not represented in the game. Probably not important, though you would think it would mean at least a level 1 city, or a mention. But Frankfort or Milledgeville aren't there.
Frankfort is in the same region as Lexington and depicted as a minor town in the region graphics. Why it is not the other way round, I don't know, but I guess, Lexington was bigger at the time.
Milledgeville I don't recall to have seen, my PbEMs haven't got to the point yet where I could recreate Sherman's march through Georgia...
