Unit Counters Not Appearing

Sometimes when I restart the EAW game and load a game I have in process the unit counters do not appear. Any fix for that?

I played the game last night and all was well. Launched it today and the unit counters are missing.

strange, do you have issues in this game only ? or in other ageod games too ? or even other games too ?
and are only counters missing or other stuff too ?

This is the only AGEOD game I own.

When this happens the other thing I notice is that the supply ownership map appears with a red dashed line.

This disappearance of the unit counters has happened twice to me in the two months or so that I have owned the game. I've tried multiple things to fix it. In each case I resolved it only by completely uninstalling the game, then reinstalling the game, the 103 patch and the Breaking the Deadlock supplement.

I'm running the game on a two year old windows computer which I use only for games, as my main computer is a Mac.
