Can I create rally points , would prefer one in eastern france. also When u request Exp forces froman ally where do you find them?????

From my understanding, Rally Points are in fixed positions and, unfortunately, cannot be changed.

I've seen exp forces come in two ways. For the Bavarians, they have been with the Bavarian forces, but I find that I can move them as if they are my own. If you take their forces and try and drag drop them, you can see if you have control of them. Later in the game I received Italian forces and they were stacked with my own. As far as rally points, I thought I read in the manual that you could change, them, although I never tried doing so.
