Not following you. What do you mean?
As part of the next release of my mod, I'm going to allow for major power to essentially "annex" AREAS of other major powers they are war with, providing they take over all cities in that area with 30 elements in each city, have 100 EP and 1000 Gold. This will again be automatic, so if you don't want to annex areas, do not put 30 elements in each city or don't conquer the cities. The idea behind this is by doing this approach, I don't have to create 1000 scripted peace events between major powers such as Austria/Ottomans, Ottomans/Russia, Britain/Anyone, etc... and it won't have a huge impact on game performance.
The second idea behind this is that peace between two major powers is then achieved via the diplomatic engine rather than an event and the areas remain in control of the conquering major power until such time that they are reconquered.
The only caveat to this change is that I'm not sure if the diplomatic engine does a SettleWhitePeace between the two powers. If it does, it will automatically reset all of areas back to the original owner and wipe out what I've done.
