I don't have the manual in front of me, but the only SO in your list I know works is the Distant Unload SO.
Distant Unload SO is for when you are transporting land units by ship/boat. The land units must be stacked with--being transported by--the ship(s)/boat(s) when the SO is issued. With that stack selected, click the SO button and select the target unload region, which should flash in blue, I believe--in CW2 it's dark blue. Once the naval stack with transported land units arrives adjacent to the target region the land units will commence with debarking into the target region.
Warning!! if there are enemy units in the field of the target region, not inside a city or fort or what-ever, combat is
highly likely once your land units have completed debarking, and will have a slight disadvantage compared with land units debarking by being Drag-n-Dropped™ into the region from a stationary navel stack adjacent to the region.
Split stacks: I have no idea what that might do, but just split them manually before giving them movement orders.
Delayed move: was planned to be implemented, but got dropped at the last minute because of time constraints. It may be implemented at some later date;
at least Pocus has been saying that for years
