Confederate Victory?

Tue Jul 03, 2007 7:17 pm

Hi i was playing as the CSA in the full campaign and in Feb 1863 I broke the Union morale reducing them to NM40. As soon as i did this a stalemate message came up. Is this a bug? I had captured all the cities listed in the scenario so I don't understand why this is a stalemate.
Thx John

I think you have to keep it in perspective - a stalemate would in fact be a victory as far as the CSA were concerned. Perhaps the message should read something different though, e.g. "Victory: the armies have achieved a stalemate and the Union is suing for peace with secession. Congratulations, General :-D"

And there was much rejoicing. . .

This can be this elusive bug where you reach the victory level, but the Union morale is then altered in the same turn in such a way as the only show a stalemate...

Do you have the whole saved game around (normally yes, the game auto saves everything), I would like to take a look: support@ageod.com
thanks.
