Soo err which key brings up the console?

It depends on what kind of keyboard you are using. On a US keyboard, it should be the (') apostrophe key (without the parentheses, of course).

On non-US keyboards it will be the key at the same position as the apostrophe key on the US keyboard. EG. I use a German keyboard. On a US keyboard the apostrophe is the second key to the left of the 'L' key:

Yes. If you can't DOW a Major, you shouldn't be able to DOW a minor either part of an alliance or a Satellite. That's purely an Engine issue. I can't do anything about that.
