Using ctrl to find numbers of men

I noticed this was included in the hot keys. This seemed a happy solution to get around the present problem with the divisional box obscuring the total of men that appears on stacks. Unfortunately it doesn't work for me and I've tried it with every other button combination on the keyboard. Is it meant to work?

My problem is that when I do that the divisional boxes that appear are overlapping my display panel obscuring the total for men figure. Changing settings haven't solved this hence my interest in the Ctrl key alernative.

I have the same problem as Ironclad.
Is the non-working ctrl key for showning number of men a known bug?

Yes I find this lack a bit disturbing 'cause in other Ageod's game I use the ctrl key a lot (never been a great fan of "power points/hits " etc)
