Hopefully, this will clarify a few things.

Note:
The tooltip information for Allies Requests currently does NOT show the "current/requested" info unless you turn on "Error Logging" in Main Menu - Options-System.

I am pestering the Great Squirrel to change this, as that info is IMHO critical!

Seriously I have verified without error tracing and it works. But I know the issue. It don't work on turn 1, because the feature is only for your allied AIs and on turn 1 the game don't know yet what country will be an AI, as no order has been inputed ever.
I know this is misleading. I'll see if this is needed to work further on that in January, I'm on vacation right now

oop! Note that the "existing/requested" tooltip in Allies Request is still only visible in "Error Logging On" mode.....

This tooltip is now available witout activation of Error Logging....

...but note that it is only visible starting turn 2, as the game engine has to know who your AI Allies are!

Tooltip now works on startup of the Grand Campaigns.

Note that the TAB function is disabled in the short scenarios, as it requires advanced Diplomacy to function.....

Thanks for this errata, Lodilefty.
Could you explain in the future version of this document what is the warscore, what effect it has in the game ?
I have been surprised to see the value of the warscore varying when I offered peace to Austria and I didn't know what to do with it.
