Depot Level

how do you get a depot to level up? one that i built in april 1861 is still only a level one, and its now febuary of '62. i've looked through the manual, and found nothing.

A depot is a depot. Only 1 level.

this is a feature which is on hold for now (and for some time!). Depots are always level 1.
