Purchase physical manual?

Hello,

Does anyone know if I can purchase a physical manual? I bought the game on steam and now I wish I would have bought the boxed copy...
Possible discounted "upgrade to physical copy" available? I could provide the necessary steam purchase info to AGEOD.
