Brigades growing on their own?

I have noticed, that if I buy brigades with two elements. Eventually, they have 4 elements. And it seems random what elements. I have bought a bunch of brigades in cincinatti, and now they have 6lbers, a cav element, and 3 infantry. I don't understand what is going on.

Some brigades you receive automatically can be incomplete and later get new elements if you have reinforcement points. I never noticed this for brigades you buy ?!?

Exactly which brigades are you building which are doing this?

If your brigade loses an element in battle, it will grow back
Some of the brigades you get for free come incomplete, and you get those additional elements later.
When you recruit brigades, some elements are done building faster than others. So your conscripts will be done while your artillery is still in the red

Not sure what your talking about here. I have never seen that.

I think he is probably mistaken in what he is seeing. Alongside brigades you choose to build there is an historical OB of bde reinforcements and these specific bdes in turn will receive other elements as reinforcements automatically--announced in the Replacements and New Units message panel when they do.
