Renaming armies

Are you able to rename armies and units? if so how do you do it?

Yes. Hold down the alt key and click on the force tab you want to rename.

That's how you rename a stack. If you have a single unit in its own stack, you can rename that. But if you put that unit into another stack, it will lose that stack-name.
