Gettysburg

Mon Jun 18, 2007 8:47 pm

I am rather new to the game... so to get used to it, I have been playing my favorite battle. Of course, Confederate, but with little success. I have tried everything. I have won Gettysburg itself. I have sent Stuart ahead to capture Harrisburg. I have sent Longstreet back to take or keep Harpers Ferry. I once even took Philadelphia as a way to break morale. I can win battles, but can't break morale. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Uncleowen

Hi Uncleowen, are you getting no morale points at all - or do you just mean you are not getting enough for a morale victory?

I think the small scenarios are really there mainly to teach the game system
and the victory conditions may not be all that balanced or possible.

Cheers, Chris

If you break Confederate Morale, it means the entire Confederacy surrenders. I've had games where they don't surrender until I take their last strategic city. If you can accomplish it just at Gettysburg, then :hat:
