Is it a game started after the tweaks to the rails?
Pocus wrote:Hope it won't appears again, this is an unwanted side effect of divisions reverting to 'special' brigades, but if you get some like that in 1.046, please report.
Here is the link to the new update, for whose willing to test the new rules (and again many thanks for your zeal!).

Fixed the bug on divisions reverting to brigades
All scenarios exported to the new format.
A new setting to try, for whose with a game underway with the old HQ format. Open the ACW\Settings\General.opt file, and add this entry at the end of the file
DivHQ = 0
Then you should be able to continue playing with older games. This would be rather neat so that the Grand Campaign (6 players PBEM) can continue while being able to stay patched.

2nd turn: 1861 Generals arrive in Richmond; 2 Union Generals (Grant & Scott) also arrive in Richmond for the CSA

My bet would be a game began before 1.04, and a database not edited.
Pocus wrote:The game runs correctly after the patch, just tried it... but I see that the errors you get are from files which are not up to date. The best and safer thing would be to delete your working copy of AACW 0.146 and create a new one (if you have duplicated the standard 1.04 to test 0.145 as recommanded?).
If no, uninstall and reinstall the game as usual, then patch it.
