General destroying depot

In my game yesterday I raided Vincennes with Polk and some infantry to destroy a depot and railroad. He got besieged and beaten badly. Infantry unit got totally destroyed and Polk was left alone. So I set him to Evade/Passive plus gave him the order to destroy the depot and he DID! Message in the log next turn said "Leonidas Polk destroyed a depot in Vincennes"

One tough arsonist!

I think it is a bit gamey! I will start using generals instead of cavalry.

It's totally gamey. First house rule I'll introduce in PBEM: No rail/depot destruction by single generals/service units, etc...
