OK, I started a thread under the Help section about weather. I posted what I think southern weather should be like.

Agree...the TN militias are important to my Western strategy. That being said, I don't want to sound too critical...ageod support has been outstanding.

There is still a little piece of railroad, graphically at least, in Hardin WV.

Two small observations:

Starting corps names in scenarios appear in French ("Corps de ...") and revert to English as soon as you add or remove a unit.

As mentioned in another thread, cavalry units are unaffected by any leader cohesion bonus or penalty (like "dispirited leader"). Is this intentional or a bug?

well, tried 1.04 RC2, and I also found that on scenarios, the corps are initially in french (probably some corrupted file). Also, there is a railroad leaving knoxville but ending in the Anderson region (at least graphically; this was part of the ancient RR to Lexington, that was wrong. Maybe this small section is intentional ?).
I do notice a faster AI.

Great job, Pocus

Thanks for the reports, I will post an update monday with English names and such.
About cav, I have to check that, this is rather strange. Do you have an example from an initial setup?

During the first turn of the 1863 CSA full campaign, locate T.H. Holmes' stack in Arkansas (he's a "dispirited leader"). The cavalry unit in the stack has 80 maximum cohesion, and if you remove it from the stack it still has 80. However, all other units gain 5 maximum cohesion if you remove them from the stack.

Which version is the last? What does it say when you start the game? Where is the link to get the latest version?

Thanks
Forrest said something about killing a Yankee for each of his horses that they shot. In the last days of the war, Forrest had killed 30 of the enemy and had 30 horses shot from under him. In a brief but savage conflict, a Yankee soldier "saw glory for himself" with an opportunity to kill the famous Confederate General... Forrest killed the fellow. Making 31 Yankees personally killed, and 30 horses lost...

He remarked, "I ended the war a horse ahead."

Been playing with patch 1.04RC2 -

Very nice - faster, better seafaring battle results [against forts] ... overall, nice job. Thanks, as always for making this great game even greater!!

A couple of things I have noticed:

- My blockade runners seem to get nailed quite easily - usually - even using the "evade" command. Perhaps this is by design.

- Had winter snow in MO in June!

- Game crashed while attempting to separate a general from his brigade in order to form a division. Unfortunately, I have no save.

This may be relative to previous experiences. Since there are new options (don't know if you implemented them) about blockading simplifications, the Federals should be more effective in their ability to stop your runners. Hopefully gone are the days of an easy influx of cash for the Confederates.
