Which are nations are at war?

Sat Sep 06, 2014 2:59 pm

Hello,

How you can see directly, which are nations at war?

It's possible a unit of another nation to move the mouse pointer. (Tooltip)
Or about the Alliance card.
Can be seen on the diplomatic box something?
If no,
it would be possible to use an icon that can show this?

Regards

Michael

I would say the easiest way to see who is at war is to look for the little red "war weariness" icon on their flag in he upper right area (off board region). Every nation at war gets the icon.

Is this what you were asking for?

Hi Jim-NC,

it goes in the direction.
If someone declares war on me, the red icon is there right?
I've seen Let's Plays,
where the player was surprised
that he was at war with England (no Schlieffen Plan).
A direct icon that you got declared war.
The other way around, when I declared war on a nation there is an icon.

Regards

Michael

I believe the icon shows up when the nation is at war. I don't think it matters with who. But I believe it may show up 1 turn after war (not 100% sure about this).

I also believe he saw a message stating that Britain was at war, but didn't understand why (no Schlieffen plan should have not brought Britain into war on the 2nd turn).

I think it's unusual, that on the first day of the ' weariness' was is displayed,
because at the beginning have rocked at least in Germany the war euphoria.
and by ' weariness' was not to seen.
I think there is no other way at the moment to see it than about directly via the diplomatic cards ' weariness'war symbol.

Michael

The war weariness is there, but it does nothing for the first several months of the wars (your NM doesn't move). This changes in ?January 1915? I believe.
