No Sir, you are not quite right.
To End All Wars is not a "fast game". So I stop to report when ever I discover something.
The sooner a bug is reported, the greater the likelihood is that this will be fixed in the first patch (I hope), the higher the probability that this will ever be corrected (reporting a bug to Pride of Nations now...................)

It may help if you stopped trying to be coy and evasive in a bug reporting forum, and instead clearly stated what you think the problem is.

I was shocked because of the missing leg. But you have yet found another bug!

That's I.R 39 from Lw division 21. Seems faulty indeed, the 21st was a Lw Brigade, not a division and I.R 39 was not part of it initially.
