What's the command point penalty when leading different nationalities?

E.G.: In the Polish scenario, Polish leaders commanding Ukrainian troops. It looks to be 3x the normal rate, but I would like to confirm.

In other AGEOD games it use to be 4x, but if in RUS you count 3x, i bet in this game is 3x.

The trick to avoid such penalties is to have on the stack at least one leader of the correct nationality.
In your case, you can have a polish leader commanding ukranian troops with no penalty at all if you also include a subordinate ukranian leader in the stack.

No, you are right Arsan; it is 4x. My old brain must have multiplied wrong the first time; that's a stiff penalty.
