Division Cost

I know that from the previous iteration of the game it used to cost Money / War Supplies / Conscripts to create a division. Is this still the case in this one?

Those costs have been removed.

Historically it made no sense and disadvantaged the SC with those costs.

Now if I can just get Pocus to drop the activated leader restriction ....

Thanks Captain_Orso that's good to know.

The thing that made me wonder is the tooltip information over the "form division" button advises you that the cost of a division is never refunded (or words to that effect) when you try to disband a division. I'm guessing this must be a carry over from the previous game.
