Hannibal's Army in the 216 Scenario

Shouldn't Hannibal's army at Capua have some Numidian cavalry? Or are they represented by the Punicii Equites II unit?

Hannibal had plenty of Numidian cavalry at Cannae, which takes place just before the 216 scenario begins, and no one said they were wiped out. I think there should be numidian cavalry in his army at the start of the scenario.
