April 1861 campaign: wandering utica militia

I notice that Rochester NY has both the Rochester and Utica Militias locked in place.

I notice as well that Utica has no militia.

I confirm this oddity. I have version 1.06 and still Utica militia are in Rochester.

Will this be in a newer patch, 1.07?

This was fixed in a previous patch, I suppose it was a wrong file used in the latest one..we'll check again.

yeah I dl your excel db and you do have it in the madison ny area, however the sct file for april 1861 has them at monroe. So I just fixed it in my files. Just FYI

Right...most likely because we did not re-export the corrected scenario files the right way. Thanks
