How to instantly redeploy leaders?

you have this in the panel attached to your leader/corps it's an arrow - you click on it then click on destination point

this is a railroad redeployment, needs you're on railroad controlled area at start, on the end, and during intermediary travel - therefore not possible by sea (interruption of railroad)

it works with allied railrad too, not neutral or enemies ones - don't work throuth non railroad areas or in building railroads

i think you can move then to oversea if you use water movement icon, still you need avaivable naval transports to do that (but not big isue since it have realy low trasport size).
railrroad is very fast too, and no you dont need rr at start/end - simply select where you want him, select rr (can be combined with sea too) movement and then game automaticaly look if that movement speed up his movement or not. Idealy you will have rr completed from start to destination uniterupted.

you can move your leaders overseas, of course (guess you need a transport for that, not sure you can attach land leaders to any fleet - never tyried, perhaps it works even where transport capacity wopuld be lacking)

just it is not the instant redeplyment which was the question

by regular railroad they can go far too - ditto
