Access my CW2 digital copy

I ordered a digital copy and installed it on my laptop, which is now broken. Unfortunately, my PDF copy of my receipt with the order number is also stored there. How do I go about getting access to my digital copy without the order number or serial number?

I've already submitted a ticket to AGEod support at support@ageod.co.uk. But the page says I should have the serial number and/or order number. Any advice would be greater appreciated.

Have a good external HD, where you store installation files, key codes, saves and shortcuts where to find and put back them, mods, ... It would live long as it will not be often used.
Publisher DRMs are not needed when you know how to manage your own digital rights...
