Jan 62 odd processing behavior

Tue Jan 07, 2014 6:12 pm

I'll probably post this in Tech Support, also, but though I'd put this here in case anyone has experienced something similar;

Early Jan62 (Union) - issue orders. End Turn - and the orders aren't resolved. Some scripted messages are displayed again; nothing moves.

Back up one Turn, to early jan62, do it again. Same result.

Back up to Late Dec61 - Turn resolves. It is now Early Jan62 again. re-issue orders. End Turn.

And the same exact result again! No orders processed!

Anyone seen anything like this?

-Daniel Webster

"C'mon, boys, we got the damn Yankees on the run!"
-General Joseph Wheeler, US Army, serving at Santiago in 1898

RULES
(A) When in doubt, agree with Ace.
(B) Pull my reins up sharply when needed, for I am a spirited thoroughbred and forget to turn at the post sometimes.

Once. Thought it was maybe a RAM issue. I saved turn and went out the next time. Came in loaded the game and it went off fine.

going a little further, 1.02 does not seem as stable and is more demanding than 1.01.

Yeah, I kinda thought it was a glitchy glitch - hope it's fixed next go-round. Didn't do it on previous games, so kinda think it's 1.02...

Truthfully I don’t know if the software is more of a drain or the latest infestation of NSA bots is to blame but my computer is slowed down and I don’t think it is only this one program.

I have cleaned everything and optimized but it is still now where it should be.

Something we will all have to live with if politicians won’t do anything.
