Civil War talk radio online

Wed Apr 25, 2007 10:24 pm

http://www.worldtalkradio.com/show.asp?sid=150

Chamberlain posted this link 5 months ago at the MMG forum.
I looked into it again today and decided to post it here.

Each episode is basically a one hour interview with a Civil War author or historian.
Click the "complete archives" link, bottom of the page, for episodes going back to 2004.
You can download MP3 versions of episodes back to about October 2005.

Drove around town today listening to an author who's book I just finished :cwboy:

I listened to a couple of these, but now the link does not work. Maybe they closed the archive.

Yeah, link has been down for about a week now.
I'm getting worried.

Don't know where to look for any info on the show.

Hey guys,

I found some info on the web site : http://www.worldtalkradio.com/ searching through Studio A.

According to the info, the Civil War Talk Radio is coming soon.

Use this address : http://www.modavox.com/wtrstudioa/

Then Select "Topics Of Interest" on top of page.

Then Under "Topic Selections" on left side of page,

Scroll down to "History" & select it.

Then under "Current Shows" - click on Gerry Prokopowicz

Then click on "Coming Soon! View Host Page" on left side.

"To listen to Civil War Talk Radio Live archives, simply choose from any of the links provided from the menu below."

Under Content Library, scroll down to the archive you want to hear...

Wow, you think they would have made this available easier than this, like maybe a link off the home page...

Enjoy !!!!

:coeurs: :coeurs: Thank You, Thank You :coeurs: :coeurs:

Finished listening to the 30 episodes I had downloaded and need another "Civil War Fix" :tournepas

It's great to listen to authors of books I've just read or get some ideas for new books to buy.

I'm gonna have to go through the site one more time and download all available episodes, don't want another "dry spell" :cwboy:
