HUGE movement penalty... don't understand...

Sat Nov 09, 2013 8:09 pm

I have rested my entire army for a whole turn: cohesion is now 100% for the whole force. The leader is active and there are enough command points to incur no penalty. It is summer and there is no harsh weather.... so why all of a sudden am suffering HUGE movement penalties??? Yes, I am moving into enemy controlled territory but my large force set to offensive posture should easily be able to move thru... instead I am told it will take 30 days to move one region???????????? I don't get it....... please explain...

Drop your balistae or garrison units from the stack. They are nearly static units and make the force move very slowly :bonk:

Thank you so much! I noticed a garrison unit had tagged along (it is a very large army so he was way in the back!). Now the stack is moving normally. This is what I appreciate so much about this AGEOD community... helpful, responsive members such as yourself!! Cheers!! Gracia!!
