Emailing files is a bit manual especially as my opponents internet provider keeps zapping files.

I believe it's possible to have them auto deposited in a common dropbox folder.

I use dropbox, its fast, and use folders ordered with turn number, year, etc... very useful and easy, totally recommended for AGEOD pbem system.
Even you can switch who is the host easily.

Thank you - I'll organise it but I still wonder why the GG WiE system couldn't have been built in from the beginning. I'm not a software engineer so every program improvement sees easy to me...
