When Can I Form Corps?

When is an army allowed to form corps? I am playing in April of 1862, and still have a map full of divisions.

Have you upgraded your game with the latest patch?This was fixed and i believe that you should already be able to form them.In any case check the leaders for the option as well

I downloaded patch 1.01, but still no corps formation. Which is the latest patch, and where do I find it? Thanks.

If you install the patch after your game reached april 1862, it will not unlock corps : you must start a new game. Basically, the event unlocking corps is triggered in april (or march ?) and won't be triggered anymore later in the game.

Alternatively you can try to go back a few game turns before the event triggers.
