Deleting folders question

Fri Oct 11, 2013 8:09 pm

I recently went through the process of deleting the .ini file (can't remember the name anymore) in the game root so it would then create the save folder in the game root path instead of using the MyDocuments path set up by default. I am now about to delete the folder under the MyDocuments path and wanted to know if it was safe to delete all the folders found there?

The three folders at that location are logs, saves and scripts. I have those three folders under the games root now, but wanted to be sure before I delete the ones under the MyDocuments path.

If your not sure about the deletion, just rename the folder. For instance add an underscore in front of the name.
If it doesn't work undo the name changes. You'll still have everything.
If it works, you know you can delete the folder permanently.

you can delete them all, no problem.

the file is userpath.ini (nothing to add in the file itself) if you change your mind.
