If that's the case, might it be a good idea for someone (perhaps Jim, as moderator?) to submit some turns for Austria even before you hear back from glennbob in order to to get the situation under control?

itizen X, do you have enough coal? I noticed once coal gets below the minimum needed for expenses, the game starts to shut down certain industries, usually the luxury items are shut down first, such as, silk, opium, gold and gems.
I have a positive or neutral balance on all input material. I think I have enough stock also.
