Actually they are almost the same prices. You have to add the 21% VAT to Matrix and Slitherine Prices. I know this because I bought my upgrade kit from Matrix.

Nevermind my question, it looks like the site automatically added sales tax. Well, it says Estimated Sales Tax, anyway.

It would have been useful to have some instructions. (or were they there somewhere and did I miss them?).

First I started to install over one of my existing installations (leaving the other untouched for my ongoing PBEM).

But that produced a warning: folder already exists, are you sure?

So I chose a new location, but that installation refused to run, missing DirectX files.

Then I tried installing over my existing installation again, this time it was successful.

I glanced trough the new scenarios. They seem nice.

The regional decisions look interesting: a whole lot of options for sieges, some of which are limited in numbers, so this will become a new game in itself, when to use them.
I think these options are crying for a discussion on the forum :-)

And a regional decision to muster troops, yet another variant of recruiting.

And a scouting decision. I wonder how much it offers over the standard light troop and cavalry behaviour.

I think the overlays are bugged: political states and grand regions don't show up, and there is an empty button, and no weather and terrain overlays as announced. (nothing game breaking).

Look at the details of your order at the AGEOD site. It contains the download link (or it should).

I just noticed a minor glitch in the scenario selection. It seems to me that there are two copies of the 1757-1764 Campaign scenario.

+1 for this. No ledger buttons appear in my upgraded Gold edtion as well.

Still, a nice makeover for a fine but largely overlooked game. Thanks.

Arghs. My game always pops up error messages when I want to choose one of 1st/2nd silesian war-scenarios and tells me that I have to "terminate" the program. I've uninstalled (since I've done some modding) and reinstalled but still. Now I wanted to search for the log-file (as the error message told me), but my log-directory is empty.

The error messages:

Try to delete your uni.cached file,if any, in ROP/GameData/Units.

I deleted the units.cached file but still get these errors. I uninstalled and installed everything again and still.
