When does Poland enter the war, and what are the conditions?
(Yes, Orel, that's the one thing I worry about in our game.)

In 1920. I may be wrong, but I think the Southern White morale must be below a certain point for Poland to enter(if I am not mistaken, 40 NM). So have fun fighting the hydra of the Counter-revolution and try not to cut off any of its' heads!

Yes, it is still working like this currently : The Siberian White moral should also be less than 120 NM... and they will also lose -59 NM and -60 EP.
Maybe you could better fix a home rule and MOD the Polish attack in a softer way, and when you want, if you really want a chance to play with it.

Aha, that's why Poland hasn't entered yet; Orel's Siberians are pretty high on NM. Southerns are down to less than 40 though.

Let us know if you want a MOD to switch the conditions "Siberian NM < 120" during this party. If not you probably won't play with Poles if the Siberian don't lose many NM.
This game design will probably change in the next patch anyway.
