Unable to order AACW?

Hi all,

I've tried 3 times now to order AACW via download and each time I get to the end and it gives me a "Order Canceled" message. Is the Download broken right now? Is it not orderable in the US? Am I doing something wrong? Sounds like this is a winner but I don't seem to be able to order it.

Download works perfectly well, including for USA. Reasons for refusal may come from your email address (known problem with AOL or Hotmail addresses) or from your CC (more rarely)...

Please note that it is friday evening here, plus labor day week-end, so activity at our e-vendor firm may be quite low till wednesday

Well the mystery is cleared up. It turns out that something flagged the transactions as being a Fraud Alert (because they were out of the country?) and the CC company (chase) kept declining the payments. This is now resolved and the last order went through just fine and I'm downloading the game. Please do not re-submit any of the failed orders as I only need one copy thank you :-)
