Say i want to double max allowed numbers of coal mines for russia. Using extended building pool is posible, but that doesnt ansver my question .

You can change this limit with techs or directly by setup or event. For the later, the command is ChangeStrucPool

Actually this is my job.
I had promised to submit "code examples" to do things in the Wiki but real life and our multiplayer has left me of little time to actually do anything there. Will post many things soon, including our own MP custom solutions.

Browsed wiki, and didt find it, im bad searcher .
For setup - i founder vgn\includes strucks_pool for given nation but i found here only limits on goverment buildings, like harbors, depots and others, but not limits for coal mines (or other resource producing structures).

that's because the others are added by techs, so the tech is giving your force pool. if you want to get some outside a tech, just script an event.
